Almost time for me to display my art in Dorset Art Weeks. Venue as on the poster, Knap Barn Collective (venue 170), near Winterbourne Steepleton. On the road from Winterborne Abbas to Portesham it is on the right about quarter of the way down. Landlord’s Knap/Dorset Knap. 23rd May to 7th June 2026.
this is our wonderful Big Sidney Cat 🐈⬛ who is twelve. We rescued him over seven years ago. He is very big definitely not a people person but we adore his character he likes to guard our gate. Excellent rat catcher he sleeps on wool blankets and in front of the fire.

stunning structure impressive size and location. Very friendly reception from the volunteers who are rightly very proud of the minister. Bells ring out through out the day each ringing through the streets of the elegant market town. Outside the minister reminds me of one of the great northern French Cathedrals.
probably very obvious why I have drawn a peace flower. I was in Beverley Minister, East Yorkshire and they had some drawing materials. So it is just small flower drawn on paper with felt tip pens.
The large impressive minister is worth visiting as is the market town. Fascinating minister apparent it was about to be become a cathedral then King Henry the 8th intervened and that was that.
